Hi, I am relatively new to Rolution. I have studied the site, joined as a paid member and downloaded the software. I can work out how to use the online vault for uploading and saving files and folders. What I can't work out is how to setup the software I have downloaded, the automatic backing up software 'Rolution Backup'. What does it backup, where does it back it up to, and how do you set all this up? I have tried getting help from Rolution support but they can't help or don't know how to. There are no instructions that I can find on the site and no downloadable pdf or other that gives step-by-step instructions. Can anyone help?

On the "Local Settings" first tab, you enter your name and password from Rolution.

On the "Backup" Second Tab, you select the base folder that you want to back up.

I use "C:\Users\steveb\".  This backs up all of my files, but skips the programs that I can just reinstall anyway.

The program will start every time you log on and back up files slowly in the background.

You can also upload and download/restore your files at https://www.rolution.com/en/member/backup/

OK, I have done those things but it does nothing when I click backup. The fields have become greyed out and I can not change any settings now. Online there is no sign of anything having been backed up either.

Do I have to first of all upload all the files and folders I want backed up online first? The instructions that Rolution provide and very unclear on how all this works together.
