Here is one easy way to both promote an important traffic exchange for referrals and, at the same time, rotate your 4 splash pages in Steve's post.

I chose EasyHits4u because it ranks in the top ten worldwide. It is a favorite by many in that you receive a 1:1 surf to display ratio. For every ad you view you get someone else to view yours.

You can use their rotator and have up to 10 urls rotated for free. This rotator will have its own url to advertise with it. On the top of each url in the rotator will appear a green bar with Easy Hits referral message.

First you need to join EasyHits4u at: http://a.easyhits4u.com/splash26.php?ref=addacard

From the start  page go to the left margin and choose 'easy rotator".

At the middle page press create your own rotator.

Then name the rotator and then you are off.

Start adding your splash url's in Steve's post (all 4) if you want.

Then, go the bottom windows ball on your computer, go pull up notepad and enter the easy hits url, name it for future reference on other exchanges. Viola.
It's done!

No when you have a place available for adverstising your Rolution army splash pages all you do is enter in the easy hits url rotator address and it will rotate all 4 splash pages evenly.

The Traffic Exchange 5 Pac

Here are the best traffic exchanges for the most credits and popularity. Join each  exchange (which area all free)  and enter Steve's 4 splash page url's under "websites" or "sites".

The idea is to surf all the exchanges at once. Just add a new tab before starting asurfing session or use Maxathon 2 and store the exchanges in a group.

Here are the 5 and a short explanation for each one.

#1 EasyHits4u. 1:1. Can target by World Region. Choose North America or the United States. These are generally the most expensive leads when purchased and  the best leads for the most people who can afford to start a business. Also choose your category of interest. If you are European choose that. There appears to be at this time 1/12 that there is no charge for the targeting as was before.

Easy Hits also has some good bells and whistles such as a free rotator for up to 10 sites.

2. Traffic Swarm. from 1-5 credits per view. I like this site because the majority of people surfing are between 55-65. These are mature surfers, usually ready to supplement their income and are are willing to spend a few bucks. You can target by region or country (choose USA) and choose category mlm or business opportunity.

You will see right away that this site is different. Between each site view you will be taken to a menu. Make your choice then go.

They have added targeting by country. Choose USA. And pick a category.

There is an automatic tracking mechanism that show you your statistics. This is valuable because you will know what ads are working and which ones aren't. The better they"work" the better they generally convert.

3. WebBizInsider. While you receive a 1:1 ratio you also get a quick timer. Targeting by region or category is not possible. However, you will enjoy a massive amount of bonuses if you work for it. Ongoing bonuses of 5, 10, 20, and 65 are available each day.

This is good for the global traffic you miss when targeting traffic in #1 and #2.

4. TrafficG. Rated consistently in the top 5 worldwide TrafficG offers a 1:1 ratio.

As a free member, you need to enter a matching symbol code. This is to prevent cheating. If you do not fill it out correctly they will ban you from the site or change the ratio until it make no sense to do it any more. Just as a word of warning. So just be careful and you are good.

The ratio does change for targeting. I highly recommend always targeting whenever possible. You can target by country (USA) and by category. It may cost the ratio to go up to 2-1 for the privilege but unless you want your stuff to go globally always go to where the money is.

5. WebmasterQuest. A sister site to TrafficG and operates just like TrafficG. With a 1:1 ratio which can increase due to targeting. A very popular site.
